Love this brand for its clean ingredients, only contains organic wheat and water, nothing else, no salt added as other brands. Great quality. Too expensive on Amazon, but reasonable at T and T, around $4 cad #organic #nongmo

These udon noodles have been sitting in my pantry for a long time now, but when I saw this cold soba noodle salad recipe (https://app.abillion.com/articles/simple-cold-soba-noodle-salad-recipe) pop up on @abillion10, I knew how I wanted to use them. I know the recipe calls for soba, but I thought the udon would be a fine substitution. They were easy to cook and I like that they came in three bundles. It would have been convenient if I didn't want leftovers. I think I'll try to keep udon noodles as a staple now. They make a nice convenient meal and I love the texture. #noodles #japanese
