Organic Pitted Kalamata Olives

I'm on another olive kick! Kalamata are still my favorite. They're the best for warming up and serving with soft cheeze and bread. These olives are perfect for throwing in a mini cocotte with some herbs de provence and a splash of lemon juice. I throw them in the toaster alongside the toast and have a perfect, elegant snack in 6 minutes! I really like it with Boursin's spreadable vegan cheese. When we lived in NYC, I used to go to the Greek supermarket in Astoria, where they had dozens of barrels of briny olive varieties to choose from. I don't have as many options where we are now, so I am glad that Trader Joe's carries several varieties of olives. These organic kalamata olives are my favorite.
