Island Vanilla Organic Whole Wheat Biscuits

This is a pretty good #vegancereal - it is #organic and has 6g of #fiber and 49 g of #wholegrains. It doesn't have as much protein as my go to Kashi cereal though. Flavor is good - not too sweet. #cereal #breakfastcereal #breakfast #wholegraingoodness

I purchased this cereal a few months back when it was on special at Sprouts. I liked mini wheats as I child before going vegetarian so I thought perhaps I would enjoy these. I do like the texture but the vanilla flavor is not very strong, and overall, I find them a bit boring. They’re one of those items that isn’t bad but you need to push yourself to finish because it’s not exciting to eat. Definitely more enjoyable when you add bananas and or vegan honey to the cereal. Wouldn’t repurchase. #cereal #kashi #organic

This is a boring cereal. It does have a nice vanilla flavor but overall the cereal is not very pleasant to eat and there's still quite a bit of sugar considering it's not that good. #organic #breakfast

I love Kashi cereals , but I buy them when they are on sale. Since they have so many kinds-one is always on sale!! This is the island vanilla brand , and I put veined fresh blackberries on them for an afternoon snack-early dinner. I have lots of digestive problems, so I appreciate the all natural ingredients & that it is high in fiber. Thank you Kashi for making healthy affordable Vegan cereals!!

The vanilla flavor of this is really nice and I like the texture of this so I thought it was enjoyable.
