This is like a dream in your mouth. Seriously! I used Miyokos Winter Truffle for this pasta e the result could not be better. I sautéed some onion before adding the cheese with some water. So simple and so perfect. For extra protein, I had used the Explore Edamame pasta that I already posted before. Simply amazing.
