I enjoyed these overall because this is the closest I've been to millionaire shortcake since going vegan, but would only have them once in a while- there isn't really a consistent distribution of caramel and the base has almost a sandy texture.

These were really nice shortbreads. The perfect ratio of chocolate & caramel to biscuit. Not sure what else is to be said!
These aren’t the healthiest. They’re nice, but taste very sugary. I think I was expecting something more similar to Livias squares which are much healthier and the tastiest thing ever, so I found these disappointing in comparison. If I’d never had Livias though I think I would have liked them. They were £1.75 on roll back which is reasonable value
These are great shortcake squares. A slightly crumbly cookie base with creamy caramel and a crunchy chocolate top layer.
So this was £2, which isn't too bad for 5 squares actually but for some reason I still feel like it's expensive? 😂 I think the base layer is a little too crumbly, I make such a mess when eating these. The middle & top layers are spot on. I wanted to make my own millionaire's shortbread but was feeling lazy so this is perfect 👍
