For sliced cheese, I do love Follow Your Heart cheeses. Cheddar and smoked Gouda are
my faves. We had the cheddar on unreal deli turkey subs tonight and it was very good.

This is all right. If you really like cheese on your sandwiches and burgers then
this is a great option. When it's not melted, it tastes fine but has kind of a brittle rubbery texture. When it's melted it becomes a bit sticky which is super common in plant based cheeses. I put this on my burger when I was cooking it on the pan and let it melt slightly. I probably would leave it off next time though because it's an extra 60 calories that I don't need.
