My sister came to visit last weekend and I requested that she’d bring my favorite
Christmas treat 🤶 It’s special because the Nuremberg type of "Lebkuchen" is also known as "Elisenlebkuchen" and must contain no less than 25 percent nuts and less than 10 percent wheat flour. #veganisnotscary

The gingerbread is really good. They are moist and aromatic, tasting of the typical Christmas
spices. The chocolate coating is dark chocolate and fits very well. Nut pieces and candied orange peel are not overdone, but not too little either. Very harmonious.
