Cooking Chorizo style sausage

Yummy chorizo that gets chopped up and put into a lot of things, this time into a veggie pasta. #veganchorizo

This tastes ok, but an odd texture, a bit rubbery.

Really wasn’t a fan of these - quite expensive at £3 for a pack of two, and while the flavour was good the texture was quite unpleasant. I cooked them into a risotto and they definitely detracted from the dish as a whole.

This looks so much like meat chorizo! We tried it a few ways - with vegan eggs, on pizza and just on its own as a snack. This is more of a luxury purchase for me and not something I would buy all the time, but it’s great if you are missing a meaty #chorizo and want to simulate that. #veganmeat

I was really curious to try this, and it is a very good product. Very chewy so it is satisfying to eat and a very dtrong flavour. Would buy again! #veganchorizo
