Wanton Soup

I think this dish is best consumed on the spot, otherwise the #wantons will disintegrate over time into the soup. The soup came with some nice crunchy leafy #vegetables, #wolfberries, and some garnishes. The wantons were filled with #mockmeat and cubed #waterchestnut bits for that nice textural contrast. I remember seeing a food blog discuss how wanton soup is one of the healthier hawker dishes, so having a #vegan version of that is nice, for anyone who wants a more soupy dish from this store or just a lighter option. I personally don't find this dish filling by itself and thus usually order noodles along with the soup for a filling meal, but I am not a small eater by any means, and it might be enough for people on a diet.

Soup tasted ok but the wantons were not good. Only a pea sized amount of filling wrapped in the wanton skin. Around ten or so pieces of wanton in the soup.
