This was a flavor 💣. You really taste the mint and ginger and it just
explodes in your mouth. The shaved carrot and toasted seeds on top give it a nice contrasting texture. It said it has an “egg yolk gel” on it but you couldn’t really tell. Would have been served with a baguette or some crackers but it was still worth the try. #veganseafood
