Miso tofu burger

Wolf has an impressive amount of veggie options for an Omni place, complete with both beyond and impossible patties. I really enjoyed the tofu patty, a rare find since vegan meats have been dominating the market. The miso sauce had a strong umami taste, the pickled veggies were a really nice touch, and I added jalapenos for an extra kick. All in all really impressed that I was spoilt for choice at an omni restaurant!

I planned to try the Future Burger but got detracted by this, as I was curious to try it. It doesn't look much but it was very tasty! I thought the tofu might be dry and lacking taste but it was the complete opposite!! Very moist, lightly seared, and flavourful. And there was avocado and a sour kick from red cabbage sauerkraut. Well done! #crf

Burger was great..however bottom bread bun was thin and fell apart. Half the price of the future burger.
