Lasagne

Had the Lasagne and chickpea pesto side salad and soooooo good, anytime in back up this way I'm coming back here.

Vegan lasagne with spinach, sweet potato & eggplant as well as a super light and creamy vegan white sauce. Large portion for $11 is enough for a decent meal. Highly recommend this dish, it’s one of my favourite go-to meals at Vegerama and is on the menu daily.
