Almond cream and wild mushroom truffle pasta

La pasta tiene una consistencia muy buena, el sazón bastante bien, los quesos que preparan en Vegan inc son deliciosos.

I really liked this dish- I hadn’t eaten anything like it in a while on my Central American travels, and it was nice to have some creamy pasta comfort food 💛 I had it with gluten-free pasta but their linguine is apparently amazing if you can tolerate wheat 🌾
