Tofu Bacon & Scrambled Tofu Muffin with A Side of Sautéed Mushrooms & a Plant Sausage

Had this as a Brunch for our Bournemouth Vegan Meet-up. It was very nice especially the bacon which had a nice hickory smoke/ Maple syrup flavour & a nice soft texture. The garlic mushrooms were great too( not too garlicky)
