Premium Hemp Charcoal Soymylk Ramen 高級麻炭豆乳拉麵

The charcoal soup is super interesting, does have a darkened taste to it (if that makes any sense at all)! Overall a tasty ramen.

I’m never unimpressed here 🤤 Sure, the dozen or so kitchen staff is nothing to scoff at but at their mere RM35 ask, this entire establishment is a mind boggle 🙌 This #gothic ramen truly is one of a kind — They even offered napkin / bib to protect my clothes from its splattering, ghoulish stains 😂 You don’t actually taste much of the #charcoal 🖤 nor the #hemp — perhaps because I have no clue what hemp even tastes like 🤨 but much like their other #ramen dishes it had a super rich #soymilk broth, with a strong #sesame flavour throughout 🌱 The #noodles cooked and stayed perfectly bitey all-throughout and seeing it blacken over time was a real treat 🍜 The same happened to the #mushrooms and #beancurd there-in 🐦‍⬛ This very same #veganramen would make you a criminal in Singapore, so I’m glad I got to commit to such delicious an offence in Malaysia 😙
