Pura vida

Wanted a quick meal before heading to work,too lazy to think so i scrolled thru ths app to search for a meal. Saw ths review n decided to try it. Really like it. A lot in this bowl. I enjoyed the falafel and kale. Not too sure i like having corn in my salad. The beetroot hummus was good too. What i didnt like was they microwaved the broccoli. I just don’t like microwaved food,especially if it’s vegetables. Sort of robbing all the nutrients away. I asked for the dressing aside, good thing i did cos i dont like soggy salad especially when taking out. I appreciate that they use eco friendly takeaway containers. I don’t hv the luxury of bringing my own containers all the time as i travel to various places for jobs most times and a bit hard to lug extra bags around. I just hv my own cutleries as it’s small. Wld have this again if im in a rush in between jobs.

Perfect dish! Awesome taste, beautiful colours and balanced nutrients with a variety of healthy ingredients and very low carbs. The flavours are so exciting! Craving for it as I am posting this review now before sleeping 😂! Love this dish so much and always a fan of The Soup Spoon as I love soups.
