The Philly

This week the Herbivorous Butcher is featuring two hot paninis, one for each team that made it to the Superbowl. This one represents Philadelphia. It's a pretty simple sandwich with their seitan roast beef, queso, onions, and peppers, but I liked it more. The queso made it so deliciously cheesy and added a bit of heat as well. I guess I'll be rooting for Philadelphia this weekend because the sandwich won out for me.
