Avocado cocktail

This was a beautifully presented dish. It was really filling and I enjoyed every mouthful. The avocado sits I’m on a bed of lettuce with fresh tomatoes. The dressing is reminiscent of a prawn cocktail (it’s meat based alternative) but this one hurts no living thing and is good for you too!
