Beyond Wu Tang

I was surprised how good it was - the Beyond patty cooked to perfection and kimchi and mayo worked very well as condiments.

I feel like this restaurant is good example of how plant-based dishes are slowly making their way to even the most meat-heavy establishments. The Butcher's Club, as the name implies, is a burger place that serves a variety of meat. Last year, they introduced the Beyond burger to their menu. Since it's been such a success, they've added another vegan burger, this one here. On the weekend, it was a buy 1 get one 1 deal. My group and I ended up getting 12 burgers in total, and the people in line in front of us got 4. Nobody was eating meat in this place when we were there! This burger has a vegan scotch bap, JUST mayo, tempura sweet potato, vegan kimchi, vegan cheese, beyond burger, sriracha, and tomato. It's a veganized version of one of their main menu items. I'm not a big fan of kimchi on a burger but I enjoyed this nonetheless!
