Bak kut teh with Brown rice

Bakutteh, one of my favorite dish on a cold day. Soup is good. Could have more stuffs in the soup.

Slurped up every drop of the soup after clearing all the ingredients save for the corn kernel 🌝 had it on a cool rainy day and I was feeling quite moody. It’s a good comfort food!

This was super flavourful, and filling! You can choose the soup by itself or with brown rice / noodles. Loved the herbal flavour 😍
