I felt like I died and went to heaven after experiencing my first take out from Stuff I Eat restaurant in Inglewood. This is there Organic Soul Food Platter and it is filled with goodness and joy from their yams, mac’n’ cheese, BBQ tofu, cornbread (yours won’t have a bit it in - I couldn’t wait!), kale greens, black-eyed peas, and potato salad and coleslaw. It’s worth the drive but check their hours before you go! It’s the best soul food I ever tasted and my soul was thankful! Yours will be too! Support this black owned business since 2008! #losangeles
Made it a point to support black-owned vegan businesses with everything awful going on in the world. The food at stuff I eat is AMAZING- please go support this business. Worth the trip!
“Yams, mac n cheese, BBQ tofu, kale greens, black-eyed peas, cornbread muffin, potato salad and coleslaw.” Most of this is organic and I reckon GF. When you are near LAX airport you will go five minutes inland to quaint downtown Inglewood, and you will eat this. Everything is delicious. The only thing that doesn’t wow me is the Mac, because mine is spectacular (world’s best, I’ve been told). As you can see we had to order for pickup due to Coronageddon.
You can feel the love they put into the food! 🙌🏼
VEGAN SOUL FOOD The corn bread is not a conventional yellow but it was so yummy! Great beans, greens, overall a good platter! Served on a compostable plate. Also came with potato salad:)
