Unfortunately this is the only vegan option at spread, hopefully not for long though.
This is
crammed full of filling which is always a great sign, no scrimping here.
Loads of smoked bacon coconut flakes rich with flavour, a layer of rocket and rich cherry tomatoes to finish off.
We toasted ours under the grill just to crisp up the bread, but otherwise it would be beautifully soft and fluffy bread.
Overall I loved this. The first bite was a little odd as I've never tried coconut bacon before, but by the time I'd finished one half, I was sold, bought, convinced and all round won over by the sandwich.
I would definitely go back and order again.
