I love this sandwich. I don't understand altogether why I love this sandwich as much as I do, but I do. I do. My mom thinks I'm strange for liking it as much as I do. But I do, I do.
It's really fresh and tasty. I love the bread, I love the veggies, I love (love) love the savory tofu scramble. This is the best sandwich you will ever have, unless you never have it, in which case it is the best sandwich you will never have.
