Sweet and sour rice

Very very nutritious short grain rice, tofu and cucumber #crf

i like the wholegrain rice its not too dry and the tofu taste unique!! it

taste like potatoes somehow or maybe that's yam im eating HAHAHHA

It looked really unassuming but was actually rlly filling which I appreciated!! I loved how

it had bits of yam included as well. It really helped to elevate the dish and also added depth to it. Am a great fan of tofu and yam and veggies and sweet and sour sauce so this was a lovely dish to me. It does taste healthy in the sense that the sauce does taste a wee bit watered down but I wasn’t too bothered by that.

Overall not bad. It cant beat the other sweet and sour dishes Ive had at

chinese restuarants though.. I think the sauce they used was a little on the sweeter side. But its got yam, tofu and all the good stuff for you!!

the sweet and sour sauce isn't that strong and it is just nice to add

flavour to the ingredients. the portion of brown rice is quite a lot. i would order other dishes if i go there again but it is a very dish to try out!

it came with yam and the tofu texture tastes different . It is more textured

compared to the way I typically cook tofu
