This panini is made with generous chunks of The Herbivorous Butcher chicken, roasted red pepper,
avocado, HB Gouda, and chipotle aioli on house-made focaccia. The chipotle aioli on its own seemed super flavorful. When I took a bit of the sandwich however, it all seemed a bit more bland. Maybe I just got a bad bite. It's still a great sandwich, but compared to the nice pesto-y Tuscan Panini, it fell more flat to me.
