Sesame crunch salad with blackened tempeh

This is a meal in itself. Very tasty! It has spinach, cabbage, carrots, toasted sesame seeds, red peppers, house roasted curried cashews, sesame mustard vinaigrette and garnished with cilantro and scallions. Festive beach-like ambience and they even donate a portion of their proceeds to local animal rescues!
