Mango Vnagi with Bursters

Ooh these are really cute with the little fruity/balls (similar to the bubble tea but those are not fruity), that adds to the fun of enjoying these sushi rolls

On account of ordering this at the end, I was a bit too full to fully enjoy this, but I was so fascinated by the bursters, I've never tried anything like it!! They are so sweet and when taken with the whole roll, so pleasantly mimic fish roe!

The lad’s favourite one of the lot here. He’d save those pearls to the last and pop them all at once in his mouth for one massive explosion. Not sure if I should be proud or worried. #mango #veganunagi #sushi #japanese #sgvegan #kidapproved #kidsofabillion

Bursters still gets me 😂 Thank goodness they didn’t go for poppers instead 🤭 It’s overall a solid #sushi (In flavour, not in texture; Don’t worry) but the #unagi or “vnagi” as they dub it is not quite like the real deal for me. Oddly I think that’s the one #veganfish that the #fakemeat goths have perfected so I’m not sure what’s going on here 🤷‍♀️ Maybe I’m misremembering, but this was just so/so 🥱 …busters… lmao 🤣 #veganisnotscary

The bursters were very juicy but the mango was slightly sour. Perhaps it wasn’t the right season when eating them.
