Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Tofu 'egg', pb sausage, tomato, spinach, cheeze, mystery sauce, toasted bun. My least favorite of their breakfast sandwiches but still good. Finally got to ask what their 'meats' are made of... nonorganic soy :(

Scrum. Pti. Ous. Tofu 'egg', pb sausage, tomato, spinach, house sauce, cheeze on a toasted bun, 8.50. Tasted better than the pic looks :/ Idk what the 'sausage' is made of, it tastes like sausage. Neither do I know what the sauce is, sweet chipotle maybe, but everything went together beautifully. Dc vegetarian is awesome. #veganisnotscary #9090challenge 108/90

This consisted of sausage, organic seasoned tofu, cheese, tomato, spinach, and roasted red pepper aioli on a toasted ciabatta. This had everything you could ask for in a breakfast, lunch, or dinner sandwich, and was incredibly satisfying.
