Maple Mustard Brussel Sprouts

Even thought it doesn’t say vegan on the menu, these Brussels are 100% vegan as they’re cooked in olive oil, maple syrup and mustard. They’re slightly caramelized on the outside and soft and leafy on the inside. They also give you a lot more than I expected for a good price too! I originally had these in Banff.
