Everything was great and it's a delicious bowl! Highly recommended. It's a seasonal dish. Has
chickpea/falafel patties, quinoa and tangy lime or lemony dressing. #abillionlove

shiitake, quinoa patties, cherry tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and complementary herbs: Thai basil, parakeet, dill. I customised this bowl by opting out the tamarind vinaigrette and added tofu and roasted pepper hummus. A good serving size and delicious, it’s already on next week’s lunch plans.
baked mushrooms, pickled cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and fresh herbs on a bed of romaine and quinoa dressed in tamarind vinaigrette! Sounds like there's a lot going on, but I really enjoyed each individual component and felt they came together really well! Really liked the chickpea patties, which differed from their falafels in that the chickpeas were left whole, and were really well seasoned and fragrant. The fresh herbs included mint, which was a bit confusing on the first bite but turned out to be a refreshing contrast to the rest of the ingredients #veganisnotscary
makes it interesting. The tomato wrap was a good option. Went well together. Found the chickpea patty a little dry. It’s a good try for a new option (though Habibi is my current favourite here!).
Saw this option for the first time. Nice to see a new vegan option :)

ones and was actually kind of sweet but in like a good way and not like the “there’s pure sugar added to it” sort of situation. #veganuary #muchhealth
