For being one of the most expensive meal on the menu I was surprised how shitty it was. Just a gimmick to prey on vegans?? :/ The taste is a little soury... and that's it. The ingredients are super simple and it took them almost 30 minutes when the guy said "5-10 minutes" won't go back there again
