khao soi

Vegan thai dishes are my favourite past time living in Bangkok. So glad to have found a place that does vegan Khao Soi, a northern Thai curry soup base with noodle dish. Pretty accurate to original Khao Soi tastes. Their vegan “chicken drumstick” is made of tofu skin. Dish is very filling as well.
