Pomelo and Avocado Salad

Authentic Thai Food in our “little thailand”, as a 1/4 thai, i’m proud to say this place has the best thai vegan food. everything is just so perfect, like the amount of “wok qi” and the sweetness and texture of pomelo, all these “seemingly not too important but in fact game changers” are so so good. they nailed it!

This salad has big chunks of avocado, juicy pomelo, and crunchy cashews. The dressing on top is really flavourful. Would definitely order this again.
