Panang tofu

First time trying Penang curry (but certainly not a stranger to other Thai/Malaysian curries). The flavour was divine, deep and rich. Had a generous portion of vegetables and vegan chicken. Served with perfect fluffy rice

Wow! This was such a generous portion. The flavours were spot on, rich coconut, peanutty with a lot of kick! It had lovey chucks of tofu.
