The lovely staff created this dish especially for me by modifying a non-vegan dish. It was absolutely delicious and the savory granola added a fabulous twist. I’m hoping they’ll add this to their menu as they don’t have vegan options yet. They deserve commendation for tbeir great service and eagerness to make something yummy for me 🙏🏻
