This reminded me of a 7 layer dip but as a bowl. Really fresh with perfectly ripe avocado. The cashew sour cream is a nice rich touch. #burrito #veganbowl #mexican
My favourite bowl from Nourishmoi! Delicious and healthy. The best of both worlds. They also don't use refined sugar in any of their food or drinks.
