Vegan Mazesoba

It is good value considering its just P400 and nice ingredients.

It’s originally dry, but there’s a side dish soup and I creatively mixed it at home. It taste really good with or without the soup and a good Japanese option if you’re craving for something Japanese on a rainy afternoon. ( dish is already removed from take out cup and mixed to reheat)

This is sooo good! Very juicy and savory. Would definitely eat this again! After mixing everything together, I added kombu vinegar for a more savory and slightly tangy taste. #manilavegans #veganin2022 #mazesoba
