Pear Tarte

I ordered a custom made tarte from the pâtisserie Marbre Vegan in Shinjuku. And they delivered that amazingly good pear tarte, with soy whipped cream and cassis jam. Since it was ordered made, it was slightly pricey but worth it! The shops have many beautiful cakes (all vegan) and they have sandwiches during weekend.
