Mac and teese

There's a long list of sides to choose from when you order a sandwich at Chicago Diner. We chose the mac & teese because it sounded so comforting and yummy on a chilly Chicago day. This mac and cheese was a really nice option! It has a great noochy flavor. I always appreciate a nice cheese consistency too. this mac perfectly replicated the comforting classic i had growing up! a must-order for somebody looking for that classic childhood mac. it was saucy and delicious! i will be ordering this again. edit: i will say, on occasion the mac will be less cheesy and a little bit on the watery side?? which is definitely an off putting surprise when you’re used to the classic mac & teese received here; however, it is typically bursting with cheesy flavor and not lacking in that department!

The flavor was phenomenal but it was a little dry. Needed more cheese sauce. #uplandspeak
