Deep fried carrot cake

In general, not a big fan of this dish and I enjoyed it. This was

also delicious add-on to the Bento set, gifted by #letusbeheroes
Mildly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, easy to cut and share. Goes really well with vegan chilli/sambal pastes.

YUMZ. Crispy on the outside, chewy in the middle. Too bad they don't have ketchup

One of my favorite dimsum dishes! This was really nice, and the sauce went well

with it too.
