This was one THICC waffle 🤤 Lightly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. In fact the first smell that greeted my nostrils as I pulled up to the cafe was their waffles so they know their waffles! We got the pistachio and strawberry gelato, both tasty but I’m a pistachio sl*t so my fav flavour was that among the two 😋

My first time having such crispy waffles - yummm! Wanted to get the ice cream to top this but thought it was quite expensive to pay nearly double the amount to add a scoop :( but really enjoyed this waffle! It wasn’t overwhelmingly sweet (which I loved) and was the right balance of sweetness, crispness and softness along with the maple syrup. And $5 for this seems very reasonable (especially to share with a friend!)

Waffles are wonderfully light, crispy on outside and airy inside. My favourite vegan waffles so far! Hazelnut ice cream taste awesome too!

Got the #waffles with the christmas special gelato, chestnut! I like that the waffles were #crispy and you would love the waffles if you like them crispy. I also think that the waffles would taste amazing savoury.
