The "chicken" parm crunch is pretty okay, leaning more on good than bad. I am
a little biased, however, because chicken parm is my favorite food and I've had A LOT in my life, so I judge chicken parm pretty harshly, even more so since it's vegan. It DOES taste like a chicken parm, but something was missing that I cannot pinpoint. I think the chicken wasn't firm enough. The seasoning was there, but I think if there was a little more it may be perfect. I love how it incorporated pasta into it, adding the sauciness and texture elements that is crucial to good chicken Parms. When I tasted the chicken piece alone, it was actually really good and satisfied my parm cravings. I think another thing that made it feel as though it was "missing something" was that everything wasn't mixed in well enough. The bottom of the crunch was full of ricotta, which was needed mixed in with the chicken and pasta. One side of my wrap was full of pasta. If everything was more evenly mixed, I think all of those flavors would make me give it one more star. I would recommend this to friends, and anyone who doesn't care for chicken parm may think this is pretty awesome. If I'm ever craving vegan chicken parm I might go to this place, but personally, I would rather order the Buffalo chick'n crunch wrap.
