This place has the best bagel i’ve ever eat. Everything is local and organic and most of the ingredients are made from the owner. This one it’s called Mollum and is vegan, has cashew cream, nuts, mushrooms and so many beautiful fresh herbs. The menu is vegan/vegetarian friendly. If you go for breakfast try the promised land! Is blueberries and tahini/honey🤩🤤
