Aren’t these the most gorgeous looking #vegansushi you’ve ever laid eyes on? The rice was pre-soaked in soy sauce and wasabi. The sushis topped with red bell pepper, eggplant and mushrooms. And torched to a lovely caramelised brown. Beautiful vegan #omakase with a beautiful lady by my side. This couldn’t get any better. #japanesefood #sushi #sushilover #veganinsingapore
