Khmer Amok is a traditional Cambodian dish of curry cooked in banana leaves 🍌🌿This is the vegan version with tofu blocks and oyster mushrooms instead of fish/meat.
It’s extremely creamy, almost like a cream or butter chicken sauce rather than curry. The mushrooms were sliced very thinly and had the texture of like seafood almost. The vegan food here is just amazing.
