Jerk Dosa

This jerk dosa was incredibly original and flavoursome - spicy and zesty and a great combination of flavours. With a dosa filled with a jerk plantain mushroom mix and served with coconut chutney and sambar.

I absolutely love dosas and I was stuck between getting the masala dosa and this one. Ultimately I went with this one because I’ve never heard of a jerk dosa before so it’s unique to En Root. It has kidney beans, mushrooms and plantain jerk mix.
