I got this delivered, so I’m sure my experience is different than dining in. I found the dish to be quite dry and desperately in need of some sort of sauce, though it was delightfully spicy. The tofu seemed to be house-made and had a very eggy texture, which was interesting!
Such a nice flavor and love that it comes with some chopped veggies. Also love that the tofu is not deep fried to beyond recognition like other places do their tofu apps.
The Salt and Pepper Tofu is a must-have every time I visit Jasmine 26. Omg...crispy tofu tossed with sea salt, garlic and chili peppers. You just can't go wrong with this app!
Every single time I get the appetizer (which sounds like nothing special in name) I fall in love all over again. Perfectly fried and seasoned! Yum!
