Good decent nasi goreng (omitted egg) done by Chinese lady chef. Pretty close to the original Indian-Muslim version. Could have added tofu or tempeh to make a more balance meal. It isn’t easy to sustain vegetarian food business in Singapore if you are not selling standard zehbeehoon, the customer base is small and the occasional vegetarian would prefer zeh beehoon set and expect to be cheaper than non-veg food. So please support local hawker centre vegetarian food. Note: remember to opt out egg when ordering.
