Impossible Thai Stir Fry

This dish is so yum. I opted for spinach to replace the egg. Really strong basil taste which I love!

Got this while I was working here one afternoon in between the lockdowns. The mince was delightfully full of flavours and well paired with the rice. Although hungry little me may have still been peckish right after.

This is my absolute favorite here at Botany. The impossible meat tastes just like Thai basil chicken.
