Hunnan Dumplings

Liked them a lot. Almond tahini dip is great.

Little flavour bombs; these savoury dumplings fooled my non-veg friend into thinking she had eaten meat! These are yummy but not, in my mind, outstanding. The wrapper is slightly fragile (but durable enough to withstand chopsticks) and the texture inside is a bit grainy. The accompanying sauce lends a delicious fattiness to the delicate dumplings.

These dumplings were fantastic. They were large, the filling was super tasty, and they weren't soggy or overly chewy like some dumplings can be. The sauce is a tahini almond butter sauce. I definitely recommend this for an appetizer!
